“The revenue-share model removes the #1 barrier for talented builders in Kenya.”

The Problem

Great ideas die in notebooks.

Kenya is full of talented builders with brilliant ideas. They get stuck in cycles of over-planning, second-guessing, and waiting for the “right time.” Capital is scarce, and the pressure to self-fund kills momentum before it starts.

  • 80%+ of founders cite capital as the #1 barrier
  • Most ideas never leave the notebook
  • No structured path from idea to revenue

The Cube Incubator exists to break that loop.

The Deal

Transparent. Aligned. No Hidden Fees.

Here's exactly how the revenue-share model works — the most important part, explained clearly.

01

Apply

Submit your application. No cost, no commitment. Tell us what you're building.

02

Build

12 weeks of structured execution. Weekly mentorship, peer accountability, and a workspace at The Cube.

03

Launch & Pay

Monetize your product. The Cube earns only when you do — through a pre-agreed revenue share.

You pay nothing during or after the program — until you monetize. Once you launch and generate revenue, The Cube takes a small, pre-agreed revenue share for a defined period. Terms are negotiated transparently before the program starts.

“The revenue-share model removes the #1 barrier for talented builders in Kenya: access to risk-free capital. We attract the best because we bet on them.”

What This Means For You

  • 0 KES upfront — zero barrier to entry
  • Aligned incentives — we only win if you win
  • You retain full ownership of your company
Who It's For

Two Paths. One Mission.

Whether you're starting from scratch or scaling what's already working, there's a track built for you.

Track A|Idea → First Paying Customer

Founder Zero

  • You have a concept or rough prototype but haven't earned a shilling yet
  • You've been "about to launch" for months
  • You need structured validation, MVP scoping, and go-to-market discipline

Outcome

A validated product, your first paying customers, and a clear path forward.

Track B|Early Revenue → Scalable Operations

Founder Plus

  • You have active customers and some monthly revenue
  • You are the bottleneck — operations don't scale without you
  • You need repeatable systems, solid unit economics, and a growth engine

Outcome

Scalable operations, a repeatable growth strategy, and the ability to step back from day-to-day execution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Honest Answers.

You pay 0 KES during and after the program. Once your startup generates revenue, The Cube receives a pre-agreed percentage for a defined period. Terms are transparent and negotiated before the program starts.

Terms are discussed individually based on the startup's stage and potential. There is no fixed percentage. We prioritize alignment over extraction.

Part-time. 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Designed to work alongside employment or studies.
